Description
Wood & Water: An Authentic Yoga Practice
A Two-Part Series
There's a difference between a class that borrows the language of yoga and a practice that actually comes from it. This series is the second kind.
Join Dr. Jill Jyoti Satnam for two hours of movement, breath, and deep rest, built on a real, living lineage.
Each session moves through the complete arc:
🕉️ Om Chanting — the traditional opening
🙏 Prayer — grounding the practice in its source
🔥 Vinyasa & Pranayama — breath-linked movement and traditional breathwork, including Nadi Shodhana and Bhramari
📖 Dharma Talk — a teaching story to carry the practice deeper
🧘 Meditation — settling into stillness
🌙 Yoga Nidra — full guided rest, the completion of the practice
This isn't a fitness class wearing yoga's name. It's the real sequence.
