Join Little Ridge Farm and certified yoga teacher Kris West for a sweet, outdoor yoga practice on Saturday mornings! 

All levels of experience are welcome for this gentle wake up flow to help you build energy. Start your weekend with an hour of time for yourself and get ready for whatever your weekend throws at you! 

My goal is that you leave the class feeling better and maybe learn something new, all while having some fun! Bring a yoga mat and any props you like to feel comfortable.
