Yin Yoga: This is a more passive practice where we take gentle stretches that we hold for longer periods of time (3 to 5 minutes each) to target the connective tissues and regulate the nervous system. Many postures are seated, and the focus is on the entire physical and emotional body.
All classes in September are only $10 so you can try different styles and find your faves! This class is repeated Thursdays at 6:30 pm.
