On Monday, October 20th at 5:30 PM, the Auburn Public Library is hosting Grief Recovery Specialist, Susanne Murphy, for a talk entitled “Unlocking the Myths of Grief.” 

So many of us carry hidden beliefs about grief that keep us stuck in cycles of pain. In this talk, Susanne shines a light on the most common myths of grief—revealing why they hold us back and how to break free. 

With honesty, hope, and practical tools, attendees will walk away with a fresh perspective on healing and a renewed sense of possibility for life beyond loss.
