Maine’s nonprofit sector is rich with experience, insight, and creativity—and this gathering is designed to tap into that collective well to imagine what’s possible, together. Through reflection, meaningful discussion, and collaborative learning, we’ll practice the skills that sustain our work and build the relationships that foster a more connected and resilient nonprofit community. 

You’ll leave equipped with strategies, insights, and ideas to bring back to your organization—creating ripple effects that propel collaboration and build capacity across Maine’s nonprofit sector. Throughout the day, participants will move through a thoughtfully designed experience that blends structured conversations with informal opportunities for connection and peer learning. 

The agenda features dynamic plenaries, peer-led breakout discussions, and dedicated time for networking and relationship-building across roles, organizations, and regions. Together, we’ll surface shared challenges and opportunities, learn from one another’s lived experience, and strengthen the relationships that move ideas into action.
