Description
Rest & Restore (Yin) Yoga is a passive yoga practice; we take only 6 to 8 gentle stretches during the hour and hold them for 3 to 5 minutes each. This allows the stretches to reach deep into the body’s connective tissues for increased relaxation. This class is perfect for all levels and those feeling burned out, stressed, or overwhelmed with life.
This class is also held on Thursdays 6:30 to 7:30 pm.
