Presenter Bio
Reggie Parson currently serves as Deputy Director for the Maine Paid Family and Medical Leave Program with the Maine Department of Labor. Prior to his current role, Reggie worked as legislative staff in the Maine Legislature for two former Maine House Speakers and served as a legislative aide in the House Majority Office from 2019 to 2023.
Reggie holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and a Juris Doctor from the University of Maine School of Law, where he received the Pro bono publico Award with distinction. His background in public policy, law, and legislative affairs brings valuable insight into the development and implementation of Maine’s PFML program.
