On behalf of the Lewiston Auburn Working Communities Challenge (LAWCC) and in partnership with Strengthen LA, we invite you to join us for an Employer Forum focused on workforce readiness, equitable employment opportunities, and partnerships to support BIPOC youth in our community. 

This forum is an opportunity to connect with other employers, share insights, and explore strategies to build a more diverse and inclusive workforce. 

We will discuss:

• Equity in Hiring – Barriers BIPOC youth face & solutions. 
• Partnerships – Collaborating with schools & organizations. 
• Workplace Barriers – Challenges & support strategies. 
• Mentorship & Job Shadowing – Building impactful programs.
