This workshop starts with you as a leader: how you naturally direct, delegate, motivate, and develop the people around you, and how your style lands differently depending on who's on the receiving end. Through your personalized DiSC® profile, you'll gain insight into your management tendencies and walk away with concrete strategies to adapt your approach and bring out the best in each of your direct reports. You'll also spend time looking upward, exploring how you work with your own manager and how that relationship shapes your effectiveness as a leader.
