This class is faster paced and more active than the others.
Participants should have yoga experience before attending. Class begins with a brief full-body warm up before moving to a vinyasa style practice, where we sync our breath with movement, and finish with our final resting pose, savasana.
All classes in September are only $10 so you can try different styles and find your faves! This class is repeated Wednesdays at 7 am.
