Join me for a 3-week series designed specifically for the absolute beginner. We'll remove any hesitations & teach you accessible practices you can do at home, all in a warm, welcoming, & inclusive space.
Over 3 sessions, you’ll learn core yoga postures, how to breathe with & through movement, & how to use props to make every pose work for your body.
