Supplies are provided, no art experience necessary! 

The thing about where ArtVan's programs is that they're in under-resourced neighborhoods that typically take place on the outskirts of town. Because of this they don't get to interact with our community, and our community doesn't get to interact with our work. So ArtBars let us bring our work to the people!
