DESCRIPTION:"The Cobblestones band are a high- energy\, polished band offering a wide variety of songs covering decades of great music. The band formed in 2015 when Carolyn ( vocals) and Mike Plourde ( guitar/ vocals) met at Tucker's Pub open mic. They began playing at many local open mics and eventually persuaded Danielle Tran ( keyboards/ harmonies) and Mark Plourde (percussion) to join the group. Phil Mantis brings the low notes on bass and has been a vital member since 2024. The band selects songs that they love and include well- known classic soft rock as well as a sprinkling of country and Americana selections. Their strongest asset is their diverse and well- crafted set lists. They enjoy playing at a wide variety of events from summer concerts to weddings and private parties " Get your friends and family\, grab a picnic blanket or lawn chairs and enjoy a night out on the lawn of the Poland Spring Resort enjoying some local entertainment\, and watching the sunset! In case of inclement weather the concert will be moved inside the Maine Inn dining room. Tickets are $5 each and benefit the Poland Spring Preservation Society and our mission to restore\, preserve and protect the 1893 Maine State Building and 1912 All Souls Chapel
