Presenter: Lillian Doughty, LSW, ACRE, Pine Tree Society
Lillian Doughty's leadership and oversight of Pine Tree Society's work has helped increase Maine's workforce through the employment and retention of people with disabilities. A Licensed Social Worker and Certified in Supportive Employment with over 30 years in working with people with disabilities. Lillian is passionate about helping individuals unlock their potential and connecting them with the right job.
Description:
Maine people with disabilities have been identified as a population that can help fill Maine's growing workforce gap. We will explore the benefits of hiring people with disabilities and how it can positively impact a business' bottom line. We will provide resources and next steps that your business can take in hiring people with disabilities.
