The Employee/Customer Life Cycle: Improving Experiences Without Lowering Standards
Businesses can improve employees' experiences without lowering standards or expectations by changing how the business/organization operates, functions, and flows. Where employees/customers are coming from, all the things they have to go through to get to work or the institution, and everything the business or institution has employees/customers do - These are all part of the employee/customer life cycle.
As a group, we will process through an activity that is a way for institutions to become aware of the expectations they have for employees/clients, explore whether the business/institution is based on a middle-class mindset, and create strategies so expectations can be met.
Other strategies will be explored to make our businesses/institutions more successful as we work with those that live in daily instability. These surprisingly simple, inexpensive solutions can help stabilize your employees, boosting productivity across the board, increase profitability and a provide a business competitive advantage.
