TEEN YOGA
Alternating Wednesdays 3:30-4:30 and Thursdays 4:30-5:30 from May 10th to June 14th at the Lewiston Public Library: TEEN YOGA The Lewiston Public Library will be hosting a yoga series for teens in May & June 2023. Classes will be held at the library on alternating Wednesdays from 3:30-4:30pm and Thursdays from 4:30-5:30pm in the 2nd floor IDEA Lab from 5/10/23 to 6/14/23. Practice will focus on simple breathing and mindfulness techniques as well as gentle movement.
