The Hidden Danger of ‘Satisfied’ Clients
How well do you rate the client experience that you create? Are you and your team continually delivering WOW experiences, especially to those clients that matter most?
The problem is that when it comes to affluent investors, “satisfied” isn’t good enough. In fact, affluent clients who are merely “satisfied” with your services are less likely to give you additional assets, and worse yet, they can be wooed away by another advisor. Consider this. According to a study conducted by Prince & Associates, four out of five affluent investors said they’d be willing to switch advisors if they knew of a more compelling option. That’s a shocking statistic.
The Missing Link to Client Retention
Here’s the good news. There is something you can do about it. Advisors who systematically go beyond client expectations (WOW) have the opportunity to cement a loyal client base and capture assets in motion, all while building a more profitable, client-centric practice. WOW is the habit you cannot afford to avoid – it is the pursuit of simplicity and significance.
Developed with internationally recognized client experience expert, Dr. Joseph Michelli, this program helps advisors develop an ongoing engagement plan to deepen client relationships and attract valuable new business.
