Join us in building an archived memorial, followed by a healing circle to process our recent experiences and discover how to move forward in a helpful way. The evening will begin with an opportunity to leave a message at the museum memorial. We will then gather as a community to explore some mindfulness practices. Express, better understand, and begin to heal your grief. Be held and hold others in community and connection. Move forward with hope and light in your heart. The healing circle will be led by Tisha Bremner, experienced mindfulness teacher and employee well-being coach. This event is free and all are welcome.
