Managing Change presented by the LA Metro Chamber of Commerce

Change Management is a two-part, half-day Professional Development Seminar designed for Managers, Supervisors, and those planning or supporting organizational change. 

Using a variety of learning formats and activities, participants will learn: 

• How to identify and prepare for Change Events
• The "Change Formula" and how to use it
• Incorporating SMART goals into Change Management
• Force Field Analysis for go/no-go decisions
• The Change Curve
• Managing Behaviors

Registration includes both sessions across both days, and attendance for both sessions is necessary for the full learning benefits. Registration includes learning materials, templates, a workbook, coffee, beverages, continental breakfast, and snacks.
