LA Metro Chamber January Breakfast ~ Business Planning For 2022 ~ IN-PERSON hosted by Ramada by Wyndham Lewiston Hotel & Conference Center
The start of 2022 is an ideal time to reflect on the past year and plan for changes you will make for your business in the new year. This session will invite you to ask "was 2021 a great year for my business?" To answer this question both some benchmarking and honest reflection are needed. Join us to consider:
- What went really well?
- What were the challenges?
- Which part of your business generated the best and/or weakest results?
- With hindsight what could you have done better?
the data analysis and reflections that are the basis for planning changes and setting benchmarks in 2022.
