Alan Caron is the founder of ClimateWork Maine, a network of businesses taking action on climate change. He is also the owner of Blue Look Lakefront Homes, a former columnist for multiple Maine newspapers, and the Author of "Maine's Next Economy".

As Senior Vice President and director of Strategic Initiatives, Sandra leads several new and developing strategies at Bangor Savings Bank, including Financial Wellness, Strategy Management, and Conscious Business. Across all the areas of oversight, Sandra brings expertise in corporate culture and organizational development to drive change and business outcomes. Prior to her current role, she lead the development of the Bank's Customer Experience approach and department, and has nearly 15 years in the financial services industry. She is active in her community by volunteering on multiple boards including the Bangor Symphony Orchestra, Downtown Bangor Partnership, and ClimateWork Maine.
