Inside the Magic Kingdom: Seven Keys to Disney’s Success
The Center for Workforce & Professional Development at Central Maine Community College will be offering a customer service course titled “Inside the Magic Kingdom” on Thursday, October 25, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This course is designed for businesses and organizations looking to improve their institutions customer service; grow as a team and retain more customers; and attract potential new clients. Using principles from Inside the Magic Kingdom: Seven Keys to Disney’s Success and Lessons from the Mouse, participants will discover and apply the seven keys to create an extraordinary customer experience in their own workplace.
