HR Thursdays ~ Best Practices and Legal Guidance for Re-Opening Your Business in Maine
Topic Description:
Governor Mills’s recent announcement lifting some stay-at-home restrictions has prompted businesses to reopen their doors to both customers and employees. Of course, with workplaces reopening comes a whole slew of new challenges for employers. This presentation will help you assess whether and when to re-open, including addressing safety concerns for your staff as well as customers, the best way to bring employees back (and reducing claims), and what to do once people are back at work. Other objectives include: understanding loan forgiveness options, understanding the interplay of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act and return to work, and planning for possible COVID-19 exposure.
