About the presenters: Larry McCullough Founder and Executive Director of Pinetree Institute and Molly Louison - Semrow, Associate Director at Pinetree Institute
Dr. Larry McCullough is the Founder and Executive Director of Pinetree Institute. With over 30 years of experience in leadership development, change management, and strategic planning, Larry established Pinetree Institute in 2012 to promote positive well-being through workshops and community programs in New Hampshire and Maine. He focuses on trauma-responsive community services, particularly addressing Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) to build resilience. Additionally, he supports Recovery Friendly Workplace initiatives in Maine.
Molly leads the Greater Portsmouth Recovery Coalition, Recovery Ready York County, and Maine's Recovery Friendly Workplace Program. With 8 years of experience in community coalition building and leadership in York County, Maine, she specializes in trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches and holistic community solutions. Previously, she directed the Children's Advocacy Center of York County for 7 years, focusing on child sexual abuse. Molly has worked in child forensic interviewing, sexual assault and domestic violence advocacy, case management, and intensive foster care. She also provides expert witness consultation, testimony, training, and mentorship both locally and nationally. Molly holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Theory from Guilford College.
