Herb Daroff is an attorney by education and a financial advisor by profession.He heads up Estate and Business Planning for Baystate Financial. He has been in the financial services industry since 1973. Herb is on the faculty at Bentley University in Waltham, MA.
Mr. Daroff graduated from Drexel University with a B.S. in Commerce and Engineering in 1975, and Temple University - School of Law with a J.D. in 1979.

Sal began personally investing in 1978. In the 1980s and early 1990s he owned and operated a company that coached brokers at firms such as PaineWebber, Smith Barney and Dean Witter. He was originally licensed in Maine in 1995. He has been asked to speak and teach all over the country, and have also owned, operated and sold two businesses.
Sal is a graduate of The University of Southern Maine, in 1985, with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology, and minors in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Business Management. He has completed the CFP (Certified Financial Planner) course work and has earned and maintains designations: ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant), CRPS (Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist), AIF (Accredited Investment Fiduciary).
