This course is intended for business owners who want to develop a business plan to start or grow their business. A business plan is necessary if you are seeking outside funding, recruiting key personnel, or just want to increase your chances of success and sustainability, a business plan or a strategic plan is crucial. The research and thought process you use to prepare your plan requires you to look at your business from all angles. Often times, your ideas and plans will be challenged by your own findings and newfound conclusions. A business plan explains, in black and white, your venture’s feasibility and reflects your management and leadership capabilities.

Ashley Sapiel is a Store Manager for TD Bank, who works with both personal and business customers to achieve their financial goals. After spending the past seven years with TD Bank, holding positions starting as a teller and naturally working her way to Store Manager, she has learned a lot about banking and truly delivering an exceptional customer experience.
