Androscoggin Leadership Development Institute
The Androscoggin Leadership Development Institute is a 12-week program that meets once per week.

8/31 and 9/1 - Opening sessions
9/14 - Panel 1 at CMCC Business/Education Connections
9/21 - evening session
9/28 - Panel 2
10/5 - evening session
10/12 - Panel 3
10/22 - Full Day Saturday (or half day with Wednesday night 10/19 if the group chooses)
10/26 - Panel 4
11/2 - evening session
11/9 - Panel 5
11/19 - Full Day Saturday (or half day with 11/16, as before)
11/30 - final evening session
12/7 - Make up day if needed
12/8 - Graduation at LA Metro Chamber Breakfast
About the instructor:
As Principal Consultant with HRD Associates of Topsham, Maine, a Human Resource Development training and consulting firm he founded in 1985, ALDI instructor Steve Pecukonis works with clients from business, industry, government, health care, social services, and education. He has served as adjunct faculty at the University of Maine at Augusta, Thomas College in Waterville, and Central Maine Community College in Auburn, and has facilitated more than sixty-five Community Leadership Development programs in various regions around the state of Maine since 1987, including our local Androscoggin Leadership Development Institute sponsored by the Lewiston Auburn Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce. In his years of corporate and independent work Steve has developed special expertise in interpersonal and organizational communication, leadership and management skills development, and organizational development and team building. He is a frequent conference speaker and seminar leader throughout the Northeast.
Prior to starting his independent training and consulting practice Steve held management, personnel, and training positions with General Mills and Digital Equipment Corporation. He also served as Director of Training and Consulting Services for a private, non‑profit healthcare organization. Steve holds two degrees from Michigan State University.
